Management Team

Shahbaz Munshey, President

Shahbaz Munshey brings 10 years of industry experience to his capacity as General Manager for Action Integrated Security Systems. As GM, Munshey is tasked with overseeing the day to day operations as well as managing the various divisions and personnel within the business. Munshey brings hands on approach to management having served in various capacities within the company such as customer service representative, dispatch operator and business development manager until being named GM in 2010. Before starting his career Munshey completed his Associate of Arts Diploma in Economics from Douglas College in 2003 and went on to complete his Bachelors of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Northern British Columbia.

Rob McElhinney, VP Operations

Rob McElhinney brings 20 years of industry experience to his role as VP Operations for Action Integrated Security Systems for the past 9 years. As VP Operations McElhinney plans, directs and oversees logistical objectives for the company. With his focus on facility, fleet and inventory management McElhinney is integral to AISS ability to provide timely service to its’ wide range of clients. Before being named VP Operations in 2004 McElhinney brought robust front line industry knowledge as a locksmith technician early in his career and later as an electronic technician. McElhinney studied Electrical Low Voltage systems at BCIT and later obtained his Security Consulting License in 2005.
